[64] Slip You Away

There was no light

And in the darkness

Your spirit tried to soar

I heard it

Through your fingers

You started

And then you stopped

One, two, three times

You began to shine

And then

In the dust of a thousand stars

Of a certainty unknown

Slip you away, slip you away

I was there

And I heard you

The sadness of your call.
